Introducing the Maeson Hospitality Blog, Hospitality from the Heart
Bradlee Howell’s exposure to the hospitality industry started long before he officially entered the workforce. In fact, his journey into the world of hotel management began at an early age and was deeply influenced by his mother, Beth Howell. Together, Bradlee and Beth, dedicated professionals in the industry, have been working in hotel management for 35 years.
Growing up, Bradlee witnessed firsthand the dedication and perseverance required to succeed in the hospitality industry. While Bradlee recalls a pivotal moment in eighth grade during career day, an opportunity to officially shadow his mother at work, his fascination with hospitality had started well before then.
His mother, a single parent, worked tirelessly, juggling two jobs to provide for him and his sister. With limited childcare options, Bradlee often found himself accompanying his mother to work, immersing himself in the hotel’s daily operations and finding joy in serving guests. From providing a clean set of towels to creating extra key cards for guest rooms, these early experiences ignited a passion that would later take shape as his career.
Bradlee’s official entry into the hospitality industry arrived in November 2018 when he was put on payroll at age 15.
Despite the challenges of starting young, Bradlee’s passion and determination have been a driver of his success. In 2024, alongside his mother, he co-founded Maeson Hospitality, to offer their combined expertise in revenue management, financial management, and operations management services to hotels. Their shared vision and extensive experience in the field have positioned Maeson Hospitality as a trusted partner for hotel owners looking to optimize their business.
Bradlee's journey exemplifies dedication, tenacity, and an unwavering commitment to hospitality. Early exposure to the industry, combined with his mother’s guidance and hard work, has created hospitality from the heart.
